DriveVault Account and Data Deletion
DriveVault does not create a separate DriveVault account. The app uses Google Sign-In so users can upload selected photos and videos to their own Google Drive.
How to delete or disconnect your DriveVault app account data
- Open DriveVault and sign out to remove the local session from the device.
- Delete uploaded files from inside DriveVault or directly in Google Drive if you want those files removed.
- Revoke DriveVault access from your Google Account at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- For a deletion request, email phucnguyeniseo1@gmail.com with the subject "DriveVault data deletion request".
Data deleted
- Local app session and cached app data on the device when you sign out or uninstall the app.
- Files uploaded to Google Drive when you delete them in DriveVault or Google Drive.
- DriveVault's Google access when you revoke permissions from your Google Account.
Data retained
- Files you do not delete remain in your own Google Drive account.
- Google account permissions and activity may be retained by Google according to Google's policies.
- Support emails may be retained for up to 90 days to process the request.
