DriveVault Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DriveVault. By using DriveVault, you agree to these terms.

App Purpose

DriveVault is a Google Drive utility that helps you upload and manage photos, videos, and related file metadata in your own Google Drive account. DriveVault does not provide a separate cloud storage service for user files in this build.

Google Account and Drive Access

DriveVault requires Google sign-in because the app needs your permission to create folders, upload selected files, list DriveVault-managed files, move files, and delete files when you ask it to. You may revoke DriveVault's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page .

Your Files and Responsibilities

No Separate Backup Guarantee

DriveVault helps transfer selected files to Google Drive, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or recovery of files. Please keep your own backup plan for important content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DriveVault for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including uploading content that you do not have permission to store or share.

Privacy

DriveVault's data practices are described in the DriveVault Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what Google account data, Drive permissions, selected files, and local app data are used by the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
